We believe that the process is the product, which means that the way people work together influences their outcomes. Our process is collaborative and iterative, based on open communications. We support our clients to work similarly, with us, and with their internal and external stakeholders, including customers, employees, vendors, the communities in which they do business and others.
FOUNDATIONS
Our work is rooted in an evolutionary frame, which we refer to as Being
Human, which considers the implications of our evolutionary biology and
social psychology on the way we orient to our experience, and which indicates
that the human potential for Conscious Awareness is increasingly emerging as
an adaptive capacity for individuals, groups and, perhaps, our species.
We consider Conscious Capitalism to be a socio-economic system level
reflection of this evolutionary emergence. Working for Good is a practice
for individual and team development, reflecting the principles of Conscious
Capitalism. Our work with ONE Coconut Water and the Liquid Revolution is
an example of these principles applied.

What: Marketing and business development are processes of cultivating ongoing relationships that lead to deep trust and long-term value-exchange between you and your stakeholders. We support our clients to develop and maintain purpose-based relationships.
Why: Stakeholder engagement and relationships begin with your purpose. Why are you in business? What value do you deliver to others? What does your brand stand for? Why does it matter? We facilitate deep alignment between our clients’ purpose and their marketing and business development activities.
Who: Who are your stakeholders, and what about you do they relate to and resonate with? How does your purpose connect with their needs, desires, and aspirations? What value do your products and services deliver to them? What do you both care about? How does your service to society resonate with their concerns and commitments? We collaborate with our clients to identify, understand, and engage their customers and other core stakeholders.
